MBLD shares visible on Windows 7 network, but are inaccessible

All of a sudden, only the public share was shown on every computer on the network. I deleted all the users except admin, shut off the media servers, set all the shares to public and reset the WBLD (reset button). Now all the shares appear, but are inaccessible. I ran the setup software, and got this:
