MBL stuck on yellow light

Hi,  

I think that my MBL is now got loading problem. After restart (Turn on power, the only i can do now) it comes with blue light and after sometimes it turns yellow and stuck there. There is activity on LAN port (on MBL and switch) but my switch webpage does not show any assigned IP for MBL. 

I wonder if :

1. I can reinstall the debian 

or 

2. Copy the OS to the drive (Is it possible??)

Can anyone please suggest

If it’s stuck on the yellow/blue light and changing the power cable to another wall socket doesn’t help, then you need to replace it. :confounded:
