MBL Duo sees no Safepoint devices

I am unable to create a Safepoint backup. All devices can be seen on my router and are accessible from any of my computers, but when I click the Scan Network radio button to try and create a Safepoint I get a prompt stating, “No devices could be discovered. Please make sure your devices are connected to the network and try again.”

Obviously, since all devices are visible and accessible from my computer they ARE plugged in and powered up.

Any ideas or suggestions?

You can perform the 4 second reset on the My Book Live and see, if the issue resolves. You can refer the link mentioned below and follow the instructions to perform the reset.
