Mapping network drive on iPad running OS13

Trying to map drive in the apple files app. I attempt to connect to server and use //MYCLOUD-xxxxxx (x is the device id).

Anyone have luck doing this?

I can use the WD app successfully, but would like to be able to access all data from the files app. I have OneDrive and Dropbox access with no issues.

Hello mpullan,

The Apple Files App are integrated with the WD My Cloud product series only as it is the Network Attached Storage device.

WD My Cloud Home is personal cloud storage device and not supported by the Apple Files App right now. To know more, you can refer the link given below.
