Map My Cloud unit

I use My Book Live DUO and I was able to map shared folders on Windows when WD2go was active. Now, with My Cloud, I can’t find how to map my shares. There used to be an “Open in Explorer” button once, when using WD2go… but I don’t see it anymore on My Cloud.

Is there a way to map a shared folder when MBLD is not in local network?

I’ve seen this post before. Unfortunately it works only when the MBLD is on the local network…

Im trying to map a shared folder on my MBLD but remottly: when my computer is on a network other than the MBLD’s network…

Remote mapping is unfortunately no longer possible.

Thanks… This is too sad, because I bought the MBLD because of two thinks: I could use with both Windows and Mac, and because I could map shares remotely. First option is ridiculously slow and the second is no longer possible…
