Many, many problems with mycloud device and software

I am completely disappointed with the product, the software is awful, I can’t connect to my device from another network, sometimes I can’t even connect from my home network. There are some many problems but at least please help me overcome the one that I describe below.

When I am trying to upload a file to a specific file location in my device I am getting this

Obviously the upload isn’t starting at all and if a wait for a while I am getting this message

Please provide me a solution.

What firmware are you running on the unit?

If possible, try setting the unit with a static Ip to get a more steady connection.
