Android Market tells me that the WD photos appis incompatible with my Odys Loox. However, is here a chance to donwnload the app from somewhere else and force the installation (from location Germany)?

If you can find the APK file then you can try to force it, but it will not install if it’s really not compatible. I haven’t seen the APK file on the web…
