My MBL bricked, with a ton of photos on it, which I’m hoping to recover.
I’ve only got access to a Mac – I used to use Linux and Windows machines, but I no longer have any access to them – so I’m hoping there’s some way I can recover the data with the mac.
The MBL was connected to a router, then became inaccessible.
I’ve subsequently removed the HDD from the enclosure and connected it to my mac using this SATA adapter, (to which I’ve attached a power adapter).
While my Mac shows it connecting, the data isn’t showing/retrievable:
DiskDrill shows a slightly more information, but clicking the “Recover” button doesn’t do anything:
Any advice on how I can crack into this and copy my data to another backup drive would be hugely appreciated!
