I had a MAC that died on me so had all my data transferred to the MyCloud drive but I am now a PC user. When I plug in the ethernet cable from my cloud to my PC it keeps taking me to log in to the dashboard as admin as opposed to taking me through file explorer to get my files. Can anyone help with getting access to my folders and the files within them? Thank you!!

You should follow the instructions given in the link mentioned below and after the your My Cloud should get visible under computer section in network which would take you to the shares.
