Stupid me. Had all user names and passwords written down in my little black book. Little black book is in the land fill, lost forever. How can I recover all those user and pws?
If you can still access the My Cloud Dashboard with the administrator account then you can access the User page and edit or change the User password. If you have forgotten the administrator password and can no longer access the My Cloud Dashboard, then you will probably have to perform a 4 second reset. A 40 second system restore will remove all user accounts within the My Cloud except the Administrator account which will be reset to the default.
