Lost tomuch time

This wil be my only post, because drive is in the bin now.

I never had much problems with any brand of drive  to format or find a tool to do it.

But getting a tool to format WD10EACS here costed me so much time that I lost any hope.

After endles regestration naggin I stil can’t acces the tool.

If you don’t make that more user friendly it will cost  costumers, at least you lost me.
