I updated my firmware from .11 to .17 and now I lost my network adapter on my WD TV live. I disconnect power and plug it back on acts like its working then turns off when device is fully powered. I updated thru internet. Need help or do I have to RMA??
Try updating to .24 using USB. If it can’t update, or keeps powering down I would replace the unit.
