“WD My Passport for Mac 4 TB”
Hey there guys. So I had 100GB of Folders on my external Driver. I tried to plugin the driver on my PC running W11 and it didnt show me the folders. I didn’t understand, that a Windows PC cannot read the Driver optimised for Mac. After trying to solve this problem on PC, by looking at harddrive functions etc… there was a setting saying that i need to turn the HD into GPT to read it. After that it partionized 15mb of the Driver. I then pluged it into my Mac and from that on it didnt recognized the formats on the driver. I really need to get the Data back… is there a way i can restore it? Did you guys deal with this already? Can someone help me maybe remotely (discord, zoom etc…).
