If have set up a network connection to my mac. This works fine, streaming media is perfect. When I want to use the media library function, i immediatly seem to loose all content *except* my ‘public folder’. Strange, because I had access to the other folders before, so that was installed properly…
I tried adding the folder via system/media library/media library manager/ etc or via the ‘options’ button, with the same result. Only thing that gives me access again to the content is to do a reset of the WD live…
Suggesting I should check my firmware means that its strange that I get this?
My thoughts were going in the direction of something with the access levels; because I do find the public folder, that has access level “everyone”. But where I could change that, or what exactly causes it…? Because the settings I started with work fine for accessing all media.
