lOS downloaded folders incomplete

Hi,

when downloading folders with my cloud on iPad some are indicated as being downloaded but they are not complete, only some files and subfolders are downloaded.

Any help?

Could it be that the application still in the process of downloading the files and still some pending? Are you still experiencing this?

thanks for your reply. The content of the downloaded folder hasn’t changed since yesterday - meaning that there is no indication that the app is still downloading files.

How would I see that the app is still busy downloading?
