MY WD CLOUD mirror is loosing cloud connection. After I reboot Cloud I wait 2-3 minutes, then I connect LAN cable and everything works for few hours . After that I cannot access it via cloud anymore and I have to reboot it again. Connection is local , I tested it with 2 different independent routers. Please help
When I am within the same network I can connect via iOS app but when I go outside the network I can’t any more.
What is even worse, I cannot ask WD support question as theirs form:

Is giving me error as:

There is no way to contact them via Facebook/Twitter / other social media.
That’s ■■■■ and worst spent money ever.
