Looks like mine is dead... and the customer support portal keeps losing my messages

The Hub  began shutting down spontaneously yesterday. I rebooted it a couple of times, and it went back to work. It shut down a little while ago, a few minutes after I had used it for something. Now it shuts itself down before the “Loading Mochi” screen appears. Using the Reset button doesn’t seem to help either.

I’ve been trying to email WD Support, but the web page keeps sending back a server error message. Anybody know a way to get in touch with WD? I’m not having any luck myself.

Minor update – my emails made their way through the system after all. Someone from WD has contacted me.
