Login to my cloud

Hi, I can no longer login to my external hard drive anymore. It has been several months since trying to connect but I can no longer login to either my user account or the admin account. I can login as guest, so I know the drive is working, but the file I am after is within a personal account.

When trying to access the admin account its asking for a 9 digit code on a quick installation guide. Unfortunately, this must be a recent thing as my drive is quite a few years old. It’s a E101559 and I do not have this 9 digit code.

Firstly, why is my password no longer working and secondly, how can I get back in.

You probably have a My Cloud Home. Check the User Manual.
