How do you reset login and password for dashboard? I can login here with my email address. when I try to login to the dashboard it says the same address isn’t associated with the cloud device?

You can perform a 4 second reset by holding in the reset button on the back of the My Cloud for 4 seconds. See the following WD Support document for more information:
