Keep getting above message today. Tried rebooting my cloud. Made no difference. I am not a technical person so would need simple instructions. Also yesterday could only see my stored films up to those beginning with C. The rest seem to have disappeared.
Now do not get above message but at sign in page is says signing in but does not and goes back to sign in page
