my WD account is easily accessible but cloud service unable to login . was working fine but after changing password it goes unable login . after entering password ,message pop up [due to suspicious attempts service blocked ,contact administrator]. I did reboot WD device but it getting worse
i have the same problem and I can’t find an answer. WD can you help?
