Hello. When I access my NAS from the wd2go, and access my files, I get a prompt for login credentials. I enter my user info and password, but the NAS does not take it.
What user credentials is it looking for when I try to open a file?
the 1st prompt is the email address and password that you setup from the email the WD sent. the 2nd prompt is the WDmycloud password for the WDMycloud user that you sent the email to
FYI, the WDmycloud app works better for most remote access
