Login as admin at MyCloudEX2Ultra not possible

When I try to connect to MyCloudEX2Ultra the front page opens in my browser but that’s it. The web interface is not responsive, no extra information is shown. After a long time suddenly the disk use appears as a coloured circle and at the same time it says something like session expired and the login screen appears. Does anyone know how to get out of this eternal cycle? Thanks in advance for your help!
