Log Files - Network or System?

Does anyone have a way to access the System or Network logs for the WDBVXC0040HWT-NESN?

I have owned this thing for 3 days and it “Disconnects” nightly.

Every morning since setup the unit says “Offline” in the morning. My Ubiquiti router shows the unit connected, online, and transferring data. Typically 9-120 Kbps, not much, but obviously it’s connected or where’s the data going?

The only fix I can find is unplugging the power and re-plugging it to the unit. I have a spare WiFi outlet switch, but it should not have this issue at 3 days old.

If I could see the logs I can probably figure out the issue.

FYI : Unit is wired direct to the router and the router is direct to a fiber connection. All three units are plugged into a battery backup too.

Changed some settings in Plex, disabling some nightly activities and extending time frame to 5 hours (00:00-05:00)

System Stays Online.
