After installing the latest firmware whenever I go to a photos directory (located on an external drive) I now get the twirly thing and then the unit completely locks up and I have to pull the plug. I tried a reset to defaults, error checked, etc. This worked fine before the update.
I’m quickly losing faith and think I should have just gone the HTPC route instead.
Solution?
Try resetting your unit using the paperclip button on the side with the unit on. (1 second press)
