Local folder backup automatic (sync)

Hi,
I have MacBook Pro and MyCloud EX2, I have a local folder on desktop called “Works” how can I make every time I add/delete files or folders from local folder “Works” the folder “Works” also update on MyCloudEX2? I did it with MyCloud 4 but I think in 5 it’s impossible.
