Local Access to my WD Cloud EX2100 from iMac and Macbook

Hello Colleagues.

I had bought WD Cloud EX2100, but I think my question will be interesting for a wide audience of owners WD cloud devices.

My firmware is: 2.30.165 (it’s a last and newest sowtware today)

I have very strange issue with access to my cloud. I want store a lot of different files in this cloud and I want to run it from storage also, without any copies to my local HDD of my iMac.

  1. When I try to connect via user Guest, (look at screen shoot) I can run iSCSI Initiator X 2.20.pkg and it’s going and finishing well.
  2. But when I try to connect via added user in administrator panel, or I try connect like Admin, I can’t run this file iSCSI Initiator X 2.20.pkg, I have see error about reading the package :frowning:

Please, help me, what’s going wrong here.

Hi, I have not tried this, but let’s see if another user that has a similar setup as yours can share some information or tips on this.
