Load video from remote

I’m not able to load a video file from remote, the file loads upto 99% then stops. On my cloud drive it shown the file lenght only 0,1 kb

any suggestion?

Hello Vinny53, how are you accessing the files remotely?

I’m using a pc with wifi connection and accessing through wd2go

the cut files remains into a directory called .DEV and I cannot eliminate it

0.1kb?   That means 100 bytes.   That’s not a valid file.
