Live Hub not seeing server

My fingers are bleeding from all the googling, but here goes:

My network consists of 4 pc’s (windows 7), 1 server (WHS 2011) and 3 media players (2 d-link and 1 WDTV Live Hub). Using Windows Explorer, every computer can see everything on the network. The WDTV Live Hub sees all the pc’s, but not the server.

Using the ‘net view’ command on any of the pc’s, they list the other pc’s and the WDTV Live Hub, but not the server. The same command run on the server shows only the server (none of the pc’s or the WDTV).

I have NetBios over TCP/IP enabled on every machine

The server is set as the master browser (all other machines are set to ‘no’)

Computer Browser service is running and set to automatic

SSDP service is running and set to automatic

All machines use the same workgroup name

I’m getting to the point that I’m ready to just buy a huge usb drive to hook direct to the WDTV and just use the server as a backup box…

Prior to upgrading the WHS machine from v1 (original) to 2011, it worked perfect with the WDTV. Now - nothing…

Please help - I’m running out of hair to rip out.

Is the WHS set to the same workgroup?

Yes - everything uses the same workgroup name, ‘workgroup’

From this pc:

C:\Users\Dennis>net view

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
\BILL-PC
\DENNIS-PC            Dennis
\GAMES-PC             Games PC
\JEAN-PC

The command completed successfully.

From the server:

Not sure if this will help but does your WHS have SMB share set up

Just installed the NFS service and I can now see my shares. Good deal. Getting somewhere now.
