Linking WD Live Hub to IPad - no activation code

I am trying to set up the WD   Photo app on my IPad to link with a WD Live Hub.

Mobile sharing is on. In  ‘Add Mobile Device’  when I click on Get Code it goes back to the Add Mobile Device screen without showing any code.

 The IPad seems to have found the Live Hub Ok as it is listed as a  Found Network device on the left of the screen.

Check if you have the latest firmware version (3.07.14) if you already have the latest one, press the reset button on the bottom side of the Live Hub.

I have the latest version and have reset the device but still get  the same reaults

I have also installed  WD Photo onto my mobile (HTCOneX) . It finds the hub on the network but won,t conect.

I get a ’ Network connection failure (903) ’ message.

The home network still seems to connect to other devices ok.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
