I know this was a long thread, and someone seemed to think it’s fixed, but no. I just got a ‘My Passport’ and installed and updated and registered the softwre. Set up for backing up, and away it went. For a while. Then stopped. Left a lot of files ‘not backed up, click here’ So I click there and hit Retry, but it does nothing. Restart program. Nothing. Restart computer, nothing. Switch to ‘hourly’ and hit ‘backup now’, does nothing. This is Aug 18, 2014. This is still a problem. Win 7 64-bit, USB 3.0.
