I had updated to the 2.0.035 version (or what ever the number) and had it working Sunday - including backup and wd2go.
Last night - I updated to the lastest . Dont know why had to update twice in under a week, but anyway. This morning I cant access my drive in wd2go. I log in, I see the drive, but when I click the icon - i get “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” - with the diagnose problem button.
Do I have to use dashboard and re-establish the remote connection and password at my book level, because the firmware was updated. The bybooklive and my router are using UdnP (or whatever) and the drive is using direct connection.
