Largest Drives that can go into the Old G Speed Q raids with esata and FW 800?

Hey

I have a bunch of the Old G Speed Q raids with esata and FW 800?
I’d like to upgrade the drives in them to make a larger capacity Raid.
Right now I have a 12tb with 4x 3tb drives in it. (and 2 more with 4x 2tb drives in them)

Does anyone know if the 6 or 8 tb HDDs can go in there and still work?

Any info / experience with this would be a great helps.
