I’m trying to copy my whole MyCloud storage to an external Hard drive and I don’t wanna drag and paste them. Is there a quicker way of doing this?
If you have a My Cloud Home, drag and drop is the only option at this time to transfer content to external storage such as a USB drive attached to a Windows or macOS computer of another network storage device.
If you have a My Cloud, NAS to USB backup is supported in the Dashboard or drag and drop to another network storage device.
