Mon disque réseau WD MY CLOUD ne semble pas compatible avec MyCloud OS5.
Y a t’il un autre moyen de télécharger les fichiers stockés sur mon disque depuis un iphone ou un ipad?

My WD MY CLOUD network drive does not appear to be compatible with MyCloud OS5.
Is there another way to download files stored on my drive from an iPhone or iPad?

If you have a first generation single bay My Cloud running the v4.x firmware, you can use a file manager app on your iOS device to access the My Cloud provided the iOS device is connected (by WiFi) to the same local network as the My Cloud. Check the Apple App Store for a file manager app that supports local network (SMB) access.
