LAN Config and Mobile access problems

I just got this mesage when requesting mobile access activation code.

  • 30000 - Unknown error. Please ensure you are not facing network connectivity issues and try again.
    (save_mobileaccess_403)

I think there maybe a problem with my LAN configuration settings as i also could not automateically update my firmware. In the end, i had to carryout the update manually by downloading the file.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Check you FireWall settings, I was having a similar issues, I just have to make sure that the drive was not blocked.

Agreed, checking the firewall, ports and security software is the way to go on this case.
