Constantly have to re-boot this piece of junk.
Inconvenient when I’m at home, useless when I’m away!
SAD when this happens. Mine working for 1 1/2 years non stop. It only every rebooted when it auto installs its firmware. I wouldn;t have noticed if I haven’t seen the annoucnments in the forum. Rock solid so far.
Lacking features, sure, but not junk IMHO.
How about WD support? You can return it if stillunder warranty. Did you open support tickets with them?
