Joomla install : Could not connect to MySQL

hello

1st : i am trying to install Joomla, but i cannot find MySQL user & pass

i read some topics there and they doesn’t help me
i try SSH pass with my login user ,
i try SSH pass with ( root ) user, also
i try login user and pass

and all of that not working with me,

2nd : if there is MySQL database how i can inter to page and edit or create some of data ?

Well I have exactly the same problem and it seems nobody knows. WD should know they built this thing. Why won’t they tell anyone.

Yes, I’ve tried the SSH password, the My Cloud admin password, admin. Where do I go from here?
