Joke of the century

For over year and a half, I am still waiting for WD support to solve the problem of my book live Duo; the drive needs rebooting 3-4 times daily to access files.

I have been contacted by their team support pretending they are solving the prolem, without any success…

Few days back, I receive a request for a survey on WD services like they consider problem is solved. How ignorant these people are to their customers??!!

I really wish that some of the management team will read this message to know how bad their service is.

WD, before you sell you products, make sure you are able to offer the right service.
