I followed the instruction and copy music files and enabled iTunes server but when i double clicked the mybooklive icon, the music page is blank, the only way i can see the music files is when i  opened my shared music folder… can anybody help me?  i’m getting frustrated and tried to email wd directly for help and keep getting the “follow the instruction” in the manual, which of course is not all that clear anyway… and when i tried to have a follow up question, i still have not received any response
