I’ve read a couple of places that the WDTV live runs an inbuilt iTunes server, which shares content to any iTunes app running on the network. Possibly why the WDTV Live icon shows up under my iTunes’ Shared menu.
However, I’ve had no luck accessing files via this (-3260 error). Anyone have any joy getting this to work?

It’s running Bonjour, which may account for that behavior. I count it as a bug…
Aha… so I should give up trying to get iTunes to access the shared files?
