Itunes problems. no write permissions

so i have the shared music folder set up with 25 gigs of music. i can access it in my itunes by clicking ‘myworld’ in the pane, and i can listen to music.  but i cant put them in playlist, i cant edit any info and i cant delete anything. also i cant delete duplicates.

also i have the original library on my hard drive still, and theres over 500 songs missing on the myworld harddrive, when i copied the EXACT same library to it.  could i get some help?
