iTunes artwork

I’ve read the thread on how to embed artwork in files from an iTunes library, but the script is for iTunes 9, and does not work with the current version. I have a pretty extensive music collection that I mirror on a 4 Tb WD ShareSpace, and access through WD HD Live Plus.

Can someone suggest a method for obtaining and embedding the artwork? Or an alternative?
