It doesn't work properly ... and also under mac to initialize it need to connect with usb even it has thunderbolt connection

In order to better assist you, could you please give us more details, like the version of operating system you are using. Also try to use on a different computer to see if this helps.

Already tried on desktop win10, notebook win8.1 macbook and imac … I already open a case at WD and still waiting someone really solve the problem after provided many screenshots
