I have a WDTV Live box and it’s connected to my WD My Cloud via my Fritzbox router. I have been having problems since I installed this new router with my WD TV box losing connection to the My Cloud and forcing me to re-find the My Cloud and then resume my movies.
I’m not really sure where to start with trouble-shooting it, except that it has only really started happening since the Fritzbox appeared on the scene. There isn’t really much in the way of info on that though, so I’m a bit stuck.
Any help would be gratefully received!

As you are facing issues after you started using the Fritzbox router, have you tried contacting them regarding the issue or tried using any other router?
