Issue with SMartshare

When i go into smartshare i want to set it up so i can backup my docs on my computer.

But when i click on it it shows my book live with a lock on it.

It says i have to unlock it by clicking on it but this just comes back saying it cant be unlocked and a error.

any ideas.

Um yeah, im having the same issue right out of the box, brand new. called WD tech support and they couldnt even figure it out. They told me that my case would be moved to level 2 tech support. but i had to wait 2 days ( cause of their weekend hours) i guess. So ill call them monday. I will post the outcome of the level 2 Tech support…
