Issue With MyCloud EX2 Ultra Connecting

I have had this device for a few months and had no issues. The past weekend my device shows up in “This PC” but does not show the data space remaining and does not let me access the device. On the network tab it shows the device as a media device but it does not show it in the “Other” category. I try and go to mycloudex2ultra/ on my internet browser and it just takes me to a search engine and does not show me the login page for the device. Is there anyone who knows what this could be or any solutions that one has? Also it looks like when I restart my computer the device disappears from “media device” If I unplug it then it says “an error happened when trying to connect to the drive”
