Hello, I’m looking for some help. When I attempt to transfer photos from my iPhone to the drive, I’m getting an error. I’m using the wireless feature and working from the WD cloud app. When I go to transfer from my phone to drive, all goes normally until the photos get to the drive. Once on the drive the thumb nail shows a ? and when I click on the actual file, it shows a big cloud with a ? inside it. I’ve attached images of what I’m seeing.
Any help out there?
