Issue changing video output

Hey guys,

My unit will not do anything than HDMI.  I tried component & composite but it always comes back to HDMI for some reason.  Using on a 32" Philips LCD TV.

I did the factory reset - still nothing.  Any suggestions?

Are you trying to change the settings with both cables connected?

Are you able to test the device on a different computer?

Tried on an old CRT TV as well - get  same gabled image.  Yes did it with both cables pluged in.
