I have one ISO file that will not play. It starts to open and then shuts down to where the box restarts. This is the only file that will not play and was created the same as the other hundreds of ISO files that play perfectly. I connect to the WD via Ethernet cable and have the latest firmware installed. Just curious as to why this one file won’t play.

There has to be something different. Since an ISO is an image container, you still have to consider the internal codecs within said image.
Did you try using MediaInfo to scan the file and compare it to other ISO files that are able to be played?
